Form E2: what goes where
Form E2 is the annex to the Greek income tax return (form E1) where you list each property and its rent. This shows what goes in every column for one property, and which E1 code the amount feeds, with the same engine that fills in E2 for accountants. The calculation runs on your device, with your own figures and no sign-up.The same calculations as the PROPERWISE app. Indicative, not an official document.
What people ask before they calculate
What goes in column 13?+
The gross income for your own share: monthly rent times months times your share. An apartment let at €600.00 from March, half yours: 10 months, and €3,000.00 in column 13.
Which E1 code does the rent go to?+
It depends on the type: a home goes to code 103 (104 for a spouse), a shop or office to 105 (106). The first code is the taxpayer’s, the second the spouse’s; your accountant checks the amounts before filing.
What do I enter for a vacant property or one I use myself?+
In column 17, “ΚΕΝΟ” (vacant) for an empty property or “Ιδιοχρησιμοποίηση” (own use) for the time you use it yourself, with no rent and no code on E1.
What about short-term rentals?+
Column 17 says “Βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση (άρθρο 39Α ΚΦΕ)” (short-term rental), and the gross income is the total of the stays, not a monthly rent. This guide doesn’t ask for them; the short-term vs long-term calculator shows what they leave you with.
Where do I enter the property’s expenses?+
Nowhere on E2. The standard deduction for expenses is applied automatically when the tax is assessed. Renovation costs that reduce your tax are declared separately, under their own E1 codes.
Is my data stored?+
No. The calculation runs on your device and we keep no amount in an account or database. Amounts go into the page address only so that you can share it; you need neither an email nor an account.
