Withdraw from the contract

1. Your declaration

Fill in or check the details and press “Continue”. In the next step you see the whole declaration and submit it with the “Confirm withdrawal” button. Nothing is sent before that.

2. What happens next

• The declaration is recorded at the moment you confirm it, with date and time. That moment decides whether it is on time.
• You immediately receive by email an acknowledgement with the full content of the declaration and the date and time of submission.
• If you are signed in and have a subscription, we cancel it immediately so that it doesn’t renew. Without signing in, we find it from the details you entered.
• We forward the declaration to the seller of the subscription, who refunds the full amount by the same payment method.

3. The deadline and the money

As a consumer you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The deadline is met if the declaration is submitted before it expires.

A subscription is charged at the moment of purchase, which is also when the contract is concluded, and the withdrawal period runs from then. Withdrawing within that period costs you nothing, not even for the days you used the app. If the app does not work for you within 14 days of the first charge, write to us and the full amount is refunded through Creem, with no questions asked. The refund is made by Creem, which issued the receipt, using the same payment method and within 14 days of your notice.

The function also accepts the declaration after the deadline: the form doesn’t decide whether it is valid; we review it against the receipt.

4. Other ways

You can also send the declaration to support@properwise.gr. You can also send it directly to Creem, using the contact details on the receipt it sent you. If we receive it, we forward it to Creem, which makes the refund. The model withdrawal form is in the Terms of use.
